What Our Employees Say
Melissa Hernandez – Revenue Cycle Client Liason
We love what we do, and it shows in the strong relationships we have with our clients.
Working as a Client Services Representative, I have the opportunity to cater to our clients by providing an extensive menu of services that we can customize based on their needs and wants. Clients have peace of mind that their practice will always be our top priority.
When I’m not working as a client service representative, I focus on spending time with my family and friends. Some of my favorite activities include making crafts and cooking with my daughter. Work fills a large part of everyone’s life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you love.
Ashleigh Day – RCM Specialist
I have always had an interest in a lot of different things. Because of this, I struggled to think I would find a job that would hold my interest, challenge me, and have the team environment most of us strive for. A friend referred me to work with her at PRL, and I am so happy I did! I started with PRL as a customer service representative and have since been in other roles. Currently, I am an RCM specialist. My daily tasks include pulling charges, posting payments, attorney requests, and so much more. I find it rewarding that there is an opportunity to learn and be a part of other departments within the company, to grow personally and professionally, and constantly be part of a team community.
Outside of work I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my son, my husband, and our two dogs. We enjoy camping, hiking, and visiting friends and family.
Norm Bergeron – IT Manager
After graduating from college, I was told anyone can find a job, many have a career, but all should find a workplace you feel excited to get up in the morning and be a part of. In my long career with multiple companies, this is the first company I genuinely feel that way. We have an incredible culture that promotes ingenuity, inspires confidence, and cultivates teamwork.
I spend my day ensuring our employees and clients are able to utilize and access a multitude of software tools to perform their daily job functions. This includes triaging incoming ticket requests to our IT team, creating various tools and procedures, and testing / improving our systems. As the privacy/security officer, I ensure we are constantly improving our HIPPA compliance procedures. On my ‘off-time’, I enjoy spending time with the family, learning karate, leading two Cub Scout dens with my children, and working on various DIY projects at home.
